How to request:

  2. Tell us what's wrong
  3. We'll review and refund within 2 business days if valid

  • You changed your mind
  • Influencers don't respond to you
  • You found another solution
  • Campaign results weren't what you hoped

2. Results Guarantee - Free Replacement List

If you tried reaching out to influencers and got zero collaborations, we'll send you ONE fresh list for free.

Requirements:

  • You contacted at least 80% of the influencers we sent
  • You made genuine, reasonable offers
  • You waited at least 30 days for responses
  • You can show us proof (screenshots are fine)

What you get:

  • A completely new list of different influencers
  • Same quantity and niche as original
  • Delivered within 48 hours

Limitations:

  • One replacement per purchase
  • Must claim within 90 days
  • Doesn't apply if you already got a refund

3. What Happens After a Refund
